	Tamales Two steamed corn tamales filled with your choice of shredded pork, beef or chicken seasoned with roasted cumin and red chile sauce.
	Menudo A delicious hearty soup made with honeycomb beef tripe and hominy. Seasoned with oregano, chile ancho sauce, fresh minced onions and lime juice. Minced serrano peppers, onions and lime served on the side.
